Hey there, I’m so happy you stopped by!
Nutrition, health and general well-being have been my passion for as long as I can remember. After a master’s degree in biology specialized in nutrition and health, I felt compelled to share this valuable insight with anyone willing to listen— so here we are!
There is so many conflicting information regarding nutrition and it can be overwhelming trying to make sense of it all. I want to use my knowledge along with science-based evidence to help you navigate around these subjects confidently. My goal is for you to realize just how big of an impact what you feed your body has on your general health and well-being.
A lot of people see watching what they eat as just a way to lose weight— but did you know that the way you eat can prevent and even reverse certain diseases? Or that poor nutrition is the third preventable cause of cancer? The food we consume and our health situation are indeed very intertwined.
I believe in intuitive and mindful eating and despise fad diets and calorie restriction. Eating should be a fun way to fuel your body and enhance your
health— not a chore and never something that makes you feel bad.
I also think that everyone is different and that your nutritional journey should be your own. A person trying to lose weight will obviously have different dietary needs than someone wanting to solve intestinal issues or build muscle mass. It’s all about learning the facts, using them to make enlightened decisions and testing out different things until you find what works for you.
