About

Lucie Villeneuve

I’m a French nutrition science educator and communicator. I trained in biology and nutrition at Sorbonne Université and in science communication at INSERM, then spent six years making evidence-based nutrition clear and useful for an international audience through my work at Edukale.

My approach comes from two places at once. I grew up inside French food culture, where eating well is about pleasure, rhythm, and everyday habits rather than rules or restriction. And I work from the evidence, not from trends. What I care about is education rather than advice: helping people understand food with curiosity instead of guilt, so they can make confident decisions on their own. For organizations, that means sessions that are warm, rigorous, and genuinely useful, designed around your audience rather than delivered from a script.
